I want to personally thank Piazza Construction for working with Service Alternatives for Washington, Inc. on our very important project in Arlington during the month of August.

 As you may know, the remodel project was for a home for youth who have disabilities and require 24 hour care.  As such, the project required very strict timelines and guidelines necessary to prevent the individuals from being displaced.  Thank you for understanding this importance and prioritizing our project accordingly.  Scott was responsive and available to trouble-shoot when I needed. 

The remodel project was completed on time, within budget and much to our satisfaction.  The teens who reside there have settled in and really enjoy the space.

The Moir Family has heard a lot of horrible devastating stories about remodel projects.  We just wanted to let you know that we are sooooo very pleased indeed about our remodel project with Piazza.  The addition (Daddy's dream "guys room") in which Piazza was responsible for has been a wonderful and positive experience.  YEAH!

The Moir Family interviewed several construction companies before choosing Piazza.  We selected Piazza because of your reputation, quality of work, itemized lists of costs, but most importantly....being able to communicate well with a project manager.  Scott Ball fit that role.  He was realistic, approachable, and communicative.  He listened to our dreams and helped us make them into a reality.  We are so excited.

We are most grateful to have had Scott Ball be our project manager.  He answered all of our questions from simple to complex until we fully understood the answer.  He demonstrated great patience when we asked him to explain things over and over again. We were kept informed every step of the way.  In addition, a full explanation of costs and expenses were always given. There were indeed no hidden surprises.  We were also always able to contact him.  When his phone was busy and we left message for him he would immediately phone us back.  This was important to us.  Wow!  We are impressed.

You have a very honorable employee who is very dedicated in doing an awesome job and making customers happy.
