| brian & colleen deveau Remodel We wanted to take a minute to thank you and your staff for the excellent work you did on our 2 remodeling projects. Both our upstairs and downstairs projects turned out beautifully, and actually better than our expectations.
Throughout every decision in both of our remodels, you and your staff were patient and extremely helpful, and never seemed to get tired of our questions. We are very grateful for the guidance and assistance especially of your remodeling manager Mike Yarrow. Mike was an absolute pleasure to work with, and insure the work was done properly and on time. In fact, your entire crew and your subcontractors were all really terrific, all were considerate and respectful, and again a real pleasure to have in our house through the project. We especially appreciated your response to the one problem we had in our downstairs project. Although the manufacturer did not stand behind their product as we expected (Wood Floor), you were able to get all parties to agree on a solution that we felt was very fair, and we are extremely happy with the final result. We would be happy to recommend your company to others in the area who are seeking a remodel that is high quality, at a good value, done by great people. Thanks again, Brian and Colleen Deveau |

| Garey & Sharon Coatney Remodel I am writing this letter to congratulate one and all. Our remodel project turned out perfectly. You and your crew are to be commended. From John, "Jr. to all the work crew and office staff, you have our utmost appreciation for a job well done. Our generation (65+) can easily be suspicious of those much younger. John," Jr (not of our generation) represented his company and crew as "top notch "and he did not overstate the reality. From job supervisors, to all the workers involved, including outside contractors (electricians), all were courteous, cordial and professional. Each performed there tasks with care and consideration for the rest of the house. Any remodel has "dirt" to deal with. Every worker approached there task with full consideration for minimizing adverse impact on the rest of our home. Remodel work can be a true test for all concerned. All of you passed with "flying colors'!! Our sanity was left intact. Sharon and I have designed and built our own home-3in6years- so we have considerable experience with contractors and building procedures. Not all of those experiences are "fun" to recall. Age and physical limitations eliminated my participation in this project and the one yet to be started. Our experience with your company will lead to at least two more projects. We will not hesitate to hire your expertise in the future. If other prospective customers would like references, please do not hesitate to give them our contact information. It is difficult these days to find people/companies that deliver on there promise. You stand out as the exception. The trades you represent and your workers who perform there craft can and do take pride in there work. It shows!! Thank you for making this remodel experience, not only painless for us, but a project you/we can point to with pride. Garey & Sharon Coatney |

| Jim & Becky Goodrow Addition / Remodel After interviewing several local contractors, we hired Piazza Construction to add a large master suite to our home and remodel the entire upper floor. We worked primarily with John Jr., although everyone with whom we worked was excellent.
Our project got off to an unexpected start when both of our grown daughters and there husbands sold their homes much faster than they had anticipated. Both couples had homes under construction so the needed temporary housing. Mom and Dad accommodated that so we had six adults, two babies and three dogs living here while our home was being remodeled. We had to coordinate with John and his staff on a daily basis as to which bedrooms would be available for the baby's naps and for all of us at night. The crew was always accommodating even if it meant a delay in whatever they were working on at the time. Communication is vital during a remodel such as ours and John was always available to answer questions. He returned phone calls promptly, was on the job site on a daily basis and did what he said he was going to do. John was always honest and forthright with us so there were no surprises. We are exceeding please with our results and we recommend Piazza Construction to anyone building or remodeling their home. Thanks so much for the fabulous work! |

| ALAN & BONNIE HANSON Custom Home To Piazza Construction Company
We really enjoy the quality built into the home. We enjoyed working with your people and the sub-contractors you chose. All were very professional. Your up front planning and our meetings to explain the process helped to make the experience of building a new home much less daunting. If we build another home we would definitely think of Piazza Construction. |

| Jan & Linda Fischer custom Home Nearly two full years before we were ready to begin building our retirement home, we started interviewing local builders. Not only to learn about their company and business philosophy, but also to learn everything we could about the construction process itself – of which we knew absolutely nothing.
We met with John Piazza on multiple occasions and these meetings were always informative and without pressure. We also learned of the Piazza family’s extensive commitment and contribution to their community at large and to local charity and benevolent organizations as well. We valued that commitment to family and community and decided that the full-service approach to home construction that is provided by Piazza Construction was what we needed as we moved forward in this unknown territory of designing and building a house. Once we met Bill Inman, we knew we had made the right decision for us. Bill proved immediately to be just the project manager that we needed – professional, knowledgeable, hard working, friendly and extremely patient in helping us to learn and understand. Bill maintained a regular schedule of meetings with us and was always available by phone to respond to our questions, to fill us in on progress, or to resolve the inevitable problems that occur with any project of this scope. We never felt anything less than being Bill’s top priority which was a comfort to us. Our personal decision was to be very much involved in the research and selection of nearly all components of our house – a daunting task. Bill was always helpful to point us in a good direction or to provide input based on his experience and expertise. Bill also suggested several artistic detail elements, many of which were ultimately incorporated into the house. We were happy and excited to move into our beautiful new house and very proud that it received the SICBA’s 2004 Project of the Year Award. |

| Aaron & Kathryn Starkovich Custom Home My husband and I began dreaming of our new home a few years ago. I eagerly started collecting magazines filled with floor plans and endless possibilities! Then one day my husband dropped the bomb on me……..HE wanted to build our new dream house. As you can imagine I had mixed emotions. On one hand I was excited my husband wanted to build this home for us and on the other I was petrified. I have heard countless stories professing "building a house will either tear a marriage apart or bring you closer together!" After countless conversations we decided it might be best to seek refuge and look into hiring a general contractor, that is when we were referred to Piazza Construction. From start to finish Bill Inman was there with us every step of the way. From drawing up the house plans to getting the occupancy certificate- Bill was right there making sure everything was done, always exceeding our expectations. In the beginning we would talk every week or so but by the end Bill was on my speed dial and we were talking every day. With so many decisions to be made and fires to be put out my husband could not have been happier that we chose not only to hire a general contractor but that Piazza was that contractor. No details were missed, no rocks left unturned. Even in the midst of record level snow in December, Bill still managed to get the carpet delivered and laid, the "stair guy" to drive 3 hours (on way) to finish our spiral stair case AND he did the unthinkable. Bill was able to get someone from the county to come out to our house in a foot of snow on Friday December 19th to sign off on the occupancy certificate! My husband and I were able to move in December 20th and we celebrated Christmas in our new home! Building a home can be a stressful and exciting time. I am happy to say that this did bring my husband and I closer together and I credit a lot of that to Bill Inman and Piazza Construction. Thanks for help making our dream home a reality! Thanks so much for all your hard work and attention to detail. |
