At our initial meeting the entire process will be explained to you including budgets, plans, land acquisition, land development, selection, allowances contracts and more.

“Custom” is a very important part of our business because we are a small family owned company; John Piazza Jr oversees every project throughout the progress.
We use the “win-win” approach to life and to our business. We’ll explain the process, and then invite our clients to become part of the Construction Team throughout the building of their home. We do not “low Bid” any of our tradesmen because they are the best in their trade, deserve a fair and reasonable profit and are part of the team. Some have been with us for over 20 years, so they have a dedication to each project and pride in our Team’s ability to consistently create high quality homes, on time, and at a fair price.
We can work with you and / or your real estate agent to find a suitable lot and analyze the hidden development cost that will impact your budget. If you don’t have a lot or a realtor we can help find one.
The biggest mistake made by clients is buying an inappropriate lot that breaks the budget or cannot be reasonably developed to meet the client’s needs.
John Piazza Jr. Construction is a design build company, meaning we have our own in house design team to take your ideas, wants and needs and put them to a plan.
We can use your plans or work with your architect.
If you don’t already have plans we are a design/ Build company and can create the house that fits you and your families lifestyle
Once we have a preliminary interview with you, we can probably show you some of our “in house” plans that may be close to your budget and needs.
The budget drives the whole process. We help our clients evaluate their budget and how each element of their lot and custom home fits into that budget. Once the customer decides how they wish to distribute the money within their budget, then we help them monitor each and every expenditure to be sure that the job stays on track and on budget.

John Piazza Sr. helped write the above noted guidelines which are the only nationally recognized quality and performance guidelines.

We put more quality workmanship and materials in our homes so we have to charge more. The extra money goes into your home, not into our pockets.
Compare our prices with so-called “Custom” divisions of the big production builders and you will see our value.
If you make your selection according to an agreed upon schedule, your selections are readily available, and you make no significant changes then we will deliver the home to you on time.
A schedule of selections and construction is made part of your contract.
