Square footage calculation

If your document is not our standard 24"x36" or 36"x48" then we will charge at the rate of the media we are using (on the pricing schedule page) based on the square footage of the printed area, not the size of the paper used. In simple terms, length multiplied by width of the inked area will be your square footage size. This multiplied by the appropriate rate will give you your price per sheet.
Our pricing for 'by the square foot' gives you a break from being charged the full price of one of our standard sizes for paper you didn't use, and it helps us recoup some of our loss on wasted, blank paper.
Copying & scanning sizing
We can scan or copy original documents of any size with the following exceptions:
- The thickness of your original (the media it is printed on) will determine if we can feed it through our machine or not. The more flexible the original material the thicker it can be. We reserve the right to refuse feeding your original through our machine if we think it will damage our machine. We reserve the right to readjust our fees if we have to spend more time than normal working on your particular job (This can include, but is not limited to: fixing jams your original creates, rescanning to get desired quality or area of original, adjusting resolution to a higher value which slows the scan pass, etc.)
- The maximum any one side can be is 36" for either your original or the output you desire if enlarging. 36" is the width of our machine's scanning mouth and paper size. We can rotate the output accordingly to give you as large of printing/copying as you can get, but 36" will be the largest any one edge can be; the other edge can be infinitely long.
